Thousands of spectators lined the streets of the City of Glen Cove at the Gold Coast Concours/Bimmerstock event on Sunday, September 14, to benefit the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI – www.diabetesresearch.org). As the engines roared and the colorful parade of exotic cars came into town, the excitement of the community soared. In all, more than 650 exotic cars, including Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s and Porsche’s and a wide variety of BMWs were showcased in this normally quiet enclave as the 6th Annual Gold Coast Concours /Bimmerstock sprang to life. Over $338,000.00 has been collected to date to help find a cure for Diabetes.
